d/c at char select

i log in fine get to character select click on my character and i d/c? plz help

You might have to disable your loopback adapter.

Still can't log in .. checked that I don't have loopback adapter

Are you sure you disabled your loop adapter? You only need to disable one out of the two. And if you have done that, have you downloaded the new client?
